Councillor Joe Smith - Conservative Party Ewood Ward Joe was elected to represent Ewood Ward in May 2008. Joe is the only Conservative Councillor From Ewood Ward; the other two seats are held by Labour. Joe is delighted that Lee Black has been chosen to be the Conservative Candidate this year. “ If we can gain a second Conservative Councillor in the ward, particularly one of such high calibre, then our arguments for a better Ewood will carry that much more weight with the Conservative led partnership currently in control of the Council.
